I planned to migrate my Google blog to a WordPress full-featured site with their help. It turns out that WordPress was not able to accomplish what I’d hoped for in a site without a lot of tweaking to their templates and I never did get the content set up the way I wanted it to look. I did a little more research on Google’s latest blogger interface and found out their templates would get it done. So I didn’t need to host a full-function website and opted to keep my free blog. I had my Web Hosting Hub account for 6 days when I contacted them for a refund. The rep I talked to was professional, courteous and very helpful. Although I bailed out because of my own problems – Web Hub Hosting impressed me with their service. If I ever need a hosting service in the future, I know who I’ll go with.

I had several sites (2 of them major) to move from .mac by 30th June & happy to say the move went super smoothly. The test sites were a big help and when I got stuck twice (once at 11.30pm in Australia) I got fast, friendly and courteous help within a couple of minutes that got me back on track.
